Love is found in the fog rolling by and the sound of the salty, crashing waves.
It is in the simple red rose that he tucked away in his backpack and in each word of the letter he wrote for her.
Love in each footstep that they step as they hiked along those rocks by the sea.
Love in all of his planning for this beautiful surprise.
He dropped to his knee and, of course, love was there too.
And love was in the joyous cheers from fellow hikers who witnessed these moments from afar.
Love, as she turned around to see him there. In her moments of shock and in her joyous laughter.
Love in her yes.
An engagement tucked away on the coast of Acadia National Park.
This is a story of love. A surprise proposal by the sea.

This is a story of an A-frame wedding in the Redwoods, tucked away at Stones and Flowers in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The giant shadows of those towering red trees danced across buildings and the ground.
A-frame cabins scattered throughout the property, where the groomsman prepared
and where the guests will stay when their feet are sore from dancing.
The air fresh, the sun crept through, and laughter echoed up to the very tip of the treetops.
Everyone gathered beneath the trees to witness these sacred moments between lovers.
Sharing the feeling of being a part of something bigger with friends and family.
Before sharing their first kiss as mister and misses, they planted a new redwood in honor of their love.
Giant sequoia seedlings as guest favors, big, pastel blooms filling the tabletops.
Candles flickered as the sun set and the stars appeared,
a giant canopy over those majestic trees and the joyous humans dancing below.
Simple, romantic, and natural. Overflowing with fresh air and beauty.
This, a magical wedding tucked away in the redwoods of Santa Cruz.
