A modern Avalon Hotel Wedding in Palm Springs. This celebration was such a fun bash in the desert. Guests got to spend the weekend poolside, basking in those Palm Spring sun rays celebrating Sloane and Ryan’s love. We absolutely love capturing weddings out in the desert because they are always filled with so much joy. It seems like everyone is able to let loose and have a relaxed state of mind when they plan a quick getaway out of LA for their wedding celebration. It’s definitely a vibe and a fun one at that. We highly recommend a Palm Springs wedding if you are looking to create a space for your loved ones to forget about their worries, celebrate poolside, and stay up late dancing and having fun before crashing in their on-site bungalow.
The Avalon Hotel is such an incredible space to host a wedding. It’s a secluded desert hideaway filled with pops of color and modern Spanish style architecture. Towering palm trees, multiple secluded pools, and modern rooms to get ready in and to crash at after a late night of dancing. The outdoor reception space is one of our favorites. It is tucked away and so magical at night with twinkling lights overhead and candlelit tables. The perfect space to enjoy fine fare and participate in lots of laughter and clinking champaign glasses together with those gathered.
Sloane and Ryan’s day was so much fun and filled with so much laughter. They had fans waiting on each guests chair to keep cool during the ceremony. The space was filled with breathtaking baby’s-breath florals that stole the show. We were obsessed with their live Jazz band that set the tone for the whole day. They serenaded guests at the ceremony and cocktail hour and set such a fun tone to the day. Sloane and Ryan both radiate so much joy as a couple and the celebration they planned, from the fun venue to the music and dancing, reflected that perfectly.
