Villa Royale Wedding in Palm Springs – a Boujee Desert Celebration
This is the story of Andrew and David’s lux Villa Royale Wedding in Palm Springs. Their day was filled with warm desert air, towering palm trees, and an epic after party. The Villa Royale was the perfect getaway space for their friends and family to gather in the sun to celebrate. The weekend was filled with poolside cocktails, mountain views, and so much celebrating. Guests stayed in the California ranch-style villas that were filled with black and white modern accents. All around the venue was eclectic art and murals that display the history and vibe of Palm Springs perfectly.
David and Andrew prepared for the day together, a modern wedding tradition we love. They dressed in boujee purple and powder blue tuxes and black bow ties. They shared a tropical mixed drink poolside before guests arrived. With palm trees lofted high in the air above them, they exchanged personal vows they wrote to one another. All of their loved ones seated as their witnesses and everyone of them was bawling by the end.
When the daylight disappeared, the most incredible night filled with entertainment and celebration unfolded. Under the moon and glow of the twinkle lights hanging above, so much laughter, clinking glasses and dancing took place. Gold, black, and white details filled the space, with big palm branches and candles scattered across the tables. During poolside cocktails, the DJ spun vintage vinyls. And as everyone ate, a big band played jazz music and a Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra impersonator both serenaded guests. The night ended with a drag show with Bella da Ball, disco balls, and late night luxury cigars.
