This is the story of Sarah and Bobby and their DIY indigo wedding.
Tucked away in the woods of Maine, the sun dancing across the lake.
Their ceremony backdrop, made of macrame, swaying in the breeze,
waiting to witness the events of the day spill out.
Sarah, covered in lace, surrounded by loved ones.
Happy, warm tears streaming down their cheeks.
Bobby, greeted with a new guitar from his love.
Swinging on the front porch, his melody filling the air.
Hand dyed indigo touches sprinkled across the tables.
The aroma of a Mexican feast filling the air.
Their day, inspired by their living room.
Terrariums, sheepskin, flickering candles, and velvet.
Comfy pillows and chairs and rugs throughout.
A hammock to cuddle in as old stories are told.
Everyone invited into this intimate space,
like a warm hug. Like a house party with all of your favorite people.
Laughter, barefoot dancing, and cheers erupting
all under the light of the moon.
