This is Chris and Elissa and their industrial Smoky Hollow Studios Wedding. They wanted their day to feel like a big party with a simple, natural vibe. Smokey Hollow Studios is a venue that has so many cool industrial touches in the structure of the space that its the perfect space to let shine with decor that is minimal and natural. Smokey Hollow has a vine covered brick exterior, huge windows that light pours through, exposed beamed ceilings, houseplants placed throughout, and big bookshelves loaded with books.

Elissa wins all the cool bride points by pairing her beautiful tulle BHLDN dress with white vans. A choice we are sure she didn’t regret after being on her feet all day, jumping for joy at sunset, and dancing freely all night. Chris wore a homemade handkerchief from his mom in his jacket, which came in handy early in the day when the tears spilled out at their first look. They had a meaningful and emotional ceremony while light poured in through the windows behind them. One of the most joyous moments of the day was when Chris’ parents got down with him on the dance floor after the mother son dance. All of their guests shared an incredible family style meal shared across farm tables that stretched across the whole length of the room. The tables were covered in gold tableware and natural greens and flowers. The day ended with an epic pink sunset and a sparkler exit.
