Steph and Noah’s Santa Monica Proper Hotel wedding was the kind of celebration that feels effortlessly stylish from start to finish. Modern, cool, and full of personality, their day embodied the anti-bride spirit—chic fashion, unexpected details, and a vibe that was more about authentic moments than following any rules.
We captured the wedding in a documentary style, photographing the day as it naturally unfolded. Working with both film and digital photography allowed us to give their gallery a beautiful balance—grainy, timeless textures paired with crisp, modern frames that made the energy of the day come alive.
The setting couldn’t have been better. The Santa Monica Proper Hotel is known for its architectural lines, layered textures, and soft natural light—all of which framed Steph and Noah’s day perfectly. Cluster Events, led by Frankie, brought it all together with thoughtful design choices that elevated the hotel’s already striking interiors. Florals by Roobarb Studio fit in perfectly with the modern backdrop with artful arrangements that felt bright, iconic and brought even more life to the party.
Fashion was a highlight in itself. Steph wore a modern, minimal Prea James gown, paired with bold black hair bow by Kamperett. Her look struck the perfect balance of understated and bold. Noah looked equally sharp in an all white suit, a modern choice that complemented the setting and Steph’s style seamlessly.
As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to an incredible cake by The Butter End before heading to the dance floor. With Dart Collective setting the soundtrack, the night ended just as it began—full of energy, style, and unforgettable moments.
